Generally, we aim to operate the service 24 hours per day 7 days per week. However, we run our batch computations early each morning in each region (seemore details on our process) so it's possible that the service will be slower during those times. We generally run our scheduled maintenance on Saturdays or Sundays so the service may be temporarily unavailable at that time. You will receive prior warning during these times.
We will respond to user support queries via the Green Support Messenger quickly during UK office hours (9 am -5 pm Monday to Friday), although we do also endeavour to answer queries outside those hours where we can.
